Lynn Favero
As Senior Designer at Willow Drapery & Upholstery, Lynn brings over 25 years' experience to orchestrating the design, selection, construction, and installation of custom window treatments.
Her reputation as one of the finest drapery designers in the U.S. is born from her ability to really listen to her clients, giving them choices that are both beautiful and can be achieved with their budget. That, plus the fact that she could sit down in the workroom and do the work herself-which she has done when the occasion demanded. Little wonder then, that most of her jobs are repeating clients or referrals from happy clients.
Her lifetime obsession with fabrics and color, along with the challenge of balancing the artistic and technical details of her work makes this the perfect job for her. Her education reflects both sides of these challenges-Fashion Design and Drawing at
Illinois State University, and Interior Design at Harrington Institute of Interior Design.
When asked what she loves most about her job, she reveals, "When a client tells me another designer told them that something can't be done or shouldn't be done, that's when I get excited ... there's always a creative solution for every vision."

Corinne Carlson
This dog lover and designer followed her passion for creating extraordinary interiors which led her right to the front doors of Willow Drapery & Upholstery. Hailed by her colleagues as a "genius" in blinds and upholstery, she is currently mastering the art and science of draperies. She tells us, "The most satisfying thing is finding the right look or fabric for the client, and watching them fall in love with what you have worked on together... I never tire of it!"
Something else she never tires of is when clients tell her that the reason they come back to Willow time and again- the work is always done correctly-there's no skimping on anything.
She looks forward to getting to know you, your design challenges and your canine pals.

Leigh Anderson
Leigh Anderson is among the most accomplished and celebrated Interior Designers in the nation. Her self-avowed passion for working with fabric and color has catapulted her into the elite ranks of the industry's soft goods experts, true artists of whom there are but a handful. And her multiple industry awards are a well-deserved testament to the skill, talent and design genius that have kept Willow Drapery & Upholstery clients coming back for a decade.
She comes from a family where good taste, fine design and an appreciation (dare we say, "passion?") for textiles is clearly in the genes. Her mother is a talented decorator, as are her aunts, known for creating spaces that are warm, comfortable and very personally expressive. As a child, she recalls sitting by herself in the basement for hours on end, devouring her grandmother's back issues of Architectural Digest.
Even then, she'd flip through the magazine's iconic interiors and dream. She'd imagine how she would have designed those draperies differently, or created a more inviting atmosphere with other color choices, or how she'd ramp up the glamour by playing with scale and introducing alternative textures. Her decision to be an interior designer was made by 4th grade-and that was that! Since those days, color, fabric, design and craftsmanship have been among the favorite tools in her window coverings tool bag.

Oksana Pitura

She puts her skills as a tailor, pattern maker and illustrator to good use, to guide the upholsterer in executing the vision that our designers and clients have agreed on for each project.
